Adam Franco, Founder and CEO of Katlas Holdings is a United States veteran who served our country for 8 years in the Navy. Throughout his Navy career, he traveled extensively around the world, thus sparking his interest in commercial real estate with emphasis on multifamily properties.

Adam has met countless contacts via his travels and attended many conferences to seek out new investors, brokers, mentors, property managers and much more. He found a way to streamline the investing process for everyday people to invest in commercial real estate without having to learn the ins and outs of all the processes.
